Your dream vacation in the mountains awaits you at Big Bend Farm. An original 1928 log house built from native lumber and stone features sleeping accommodations for up to eleven persons (Adjacent sleeping cabin can handle two more for nominal fee), cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and large outdoor decks with grill. The beautiful Cowpasture River flows just downhill from the cabin offering fishing, swimming, and canoeing in summer. Hiking along the fields and woodland paths offer glimpses of area wildlife. You may also observe the daily activities of this working farm or settle in for an undisturbed period of rest, relaxation, and isolation.
