The Waterwheel Restaurant, located at the Inn at Gristmill Square, is housed in a historic gristmill built in 1900. The inn and restaurant make up a complex of restored 19th century buildings in the quaint village of Warm Springs. The restaurant serves traditional American foods in a rustic setting amid the mill workings.  There is also a fully stocked wine cellar.
