Solid Waste


Solid Waste Services are provided by a transfer station and conveniently place green box collection sites.

The transfer station is located at 1175 Virginia Avenue, in Hot Springs. Local residents may dispose of white goods, tires, furniture, household solid waste and recyclable materials for no cost. 

 

 

 

Recycling drop-off centers and solid waste convenience sites are located at:

Millboro on Route 42, near the intersection of Route 39.

Ashwood is located on the lower lot, behind the Parks and Recreation Building on Panther Drive

West Warm Springs is located on Route 39, approximately one mile from the intersection of Route 39/220.

Burnsville 

Glass recycling is now available at the:

Millboro on Route 42, near the intersection of Route 39.

Ashwood is located on the lower lot, behind the Parks and Recreation Building on Panther Drive.

West Warm Springs is located on Route 39, approximately one mile from the intersection of Route 39/220.

The following materials are collected for recycling: aluminum, tin cans, PET and HDPE plastics, cardboard, newspaper and mixed paper.

Greenboxes are conveniently located throughout the County in each community for the use of Bath County residents.
