The Bath County Public Library is an automated facility with over 30,000 volumes and access to many more via interlibrary loans from the regional system and from public or college libraries all over the United States. The library is located in Warm Springs across from the Bath County Courthouse.
Computers are available free of charge for use by the public. The library offers childrens programming, special lectures and evening programming. The collection includes books, magazines, movies, ebooks and audio books for loan. Library services are available free of charge to residents of the county.
